We're back from beautiful, stunning, awesome Colorado. This is my first live sketch on my new iPad - at Manchester Airport on the start of our long journey.
I'm one lucky boy! See my first doodle on my retirement present from my (former) employer Hadfield Cawkwell Davidson. I'll never be alone now I've got an iPad.
Similar scene to Soller but this time up in the foothills, we usually stop here on the way down from the Mirador overlooking the Port. Our favourite Mallorcan Village.
London Skyline from the north (Primrose Hill). The "net" structure in the foreground is the Aviary of London Zoo at the north-east corner of Regents Park.
Today at the Millennium Gallery SHEFFIELD - JMW Turner watercolours on one side of the Gallery - mine on the other side - with red dot on.... RESULT! Thanks to whoever has bought (I hope) my work of art.
Thanks to all old (and new?) friends who came to the Craft Candy Fair at the Millenium Gallery today. That's the pottery and soft toys/furnishings opposite our stall.
This was a 10 minute sketchette on our Grand Day Out last Thursday. Have a Grand Day Out tomorrow (Saturday) - visit our stall at the Craft Candy Fair at the Millennium Gallery, Sheffield (next to the Winter Gardens) to see prints and cards of my work and my daughter's amazing sock monkeys.
