Not far from Dijon. I was surprised at the timber frame to the steeple - I was expecting stonework. Seems obvious now.

That's me on the Sheffield sketchcrawl. I'm sporting my (3) fingerless gloves knitted by my daughter in Colorado Springs. I've been colder - but I had to sketch inside in the afternoon (images to follow). I lowered my hood for the photo - the only bits of me exposed when I was drawing were my nose and 3 fingers. The best thing about sketchcrawling is that it does make you get up and draw no matter what the temperature is outside.
My "Larkin Toad" (google it!) version of scenes of Whitby - requested by our very bestest friends who have just bought a house in the town. This is left-hand side showing the Abbey.
